English Carrot is committed to providing a satisfactory experience to all our users. If you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation Policy:
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team through email (support@englishcarrot.com) or by calling your education councilor, or by simply calling at +919870712929
- Cancellation Period: If you cancel your subscription within 15 days of the initial purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at support@englishcarrot.com or connect with your education councilor.
Refund Policy:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for subscription cancellations made within 15 days of the initial purchase. Please note that the customer is only eligible for a refund in case they attended everyclass in the first 15 days of trial period. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
- Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain products or services offered by English Carrot may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to downloadable content, personalized tutoring sessions, and courses completed beyond a certain percentage.
